KPX-20T battery powered steel structure electric pallet car for industrial use
We are specialized in the production of flat cars of our own brands, our rail flat have KPD, KPDS, KPDZ, KPC, KPJ, KPX & KPT series according to the different electricity supply mode.
The range of load is 5-300t. Our product include electric flat cars; manual flatbed car; mine transporters; track installation equipment; crane trolley and so on. These rail car can be used for transfer heavy cargo or equipment between the workshops or warehouses in the factory.
KPX Series is powered by the battery. The battery offers the power for DC pulling motor. DC motor drags the flatbed car to run. DC motor has the following advantage: be uneasy to burning loss, strong overload capacity. The running distance is not limited, and more safe and flexibility, without demand insulated rail. So the construction is convenient and the cost is low.
But the car battery with heavy load for continuous 4-5 hours need recharge, it is more suitable for the work environments which have not high working frequency.
