Working principle of plstform handling trolley
The rail mounted platform handling trolley are powered by the low voltage electricity from the railways. The power source AC 380V is transformed into AC 36V two-phase and are respectively connected to the two rails. Then the flat trolley’s wheels conduct the AC36V on rail into the electrical appliance box at the bottom of the carts. And then the AC 36V is transformed into DC 36V and then control the DC and adjust the speed and so on. KPDZ platform handling trolley can be used both on the ‘S’ and arc-shaped railways.
These kind of platform handling trolley is applied to transfer heavy steel or aluminum coils. In order to inviod the steel coils falling down from the handling trolley, we designed a V-frame. It can protect the coils also the security. We can recommend you the direction of the V-frame according to the coils.
The main parts of the platform handling trolley includes motor, reducer, cast wheel , car frame, electric appliance etc.
We design a pendant box to put in pendant or remote control. It is convenient to lay remote control when finished work.
A hydraulic lifting device and V-frame device can be added on the platform, it can protect the coils fall down during working.

The platform handling trolley is applied in metal industry factory to transfer large dimension steel plate, steel structure. The sheet handling bed is remote control, it is convenient to operate.
They also can be used in the high-temperature environment. The hydraulic lifting device can be installed on the flat carts. The dc motor has the advantages of safety, flexibility, stable start, big starting torque, small impact to the gear reducer, low voltage, long lifetime and so on. But this series have strict requirement on the construction of the railways which need to be insulated. The rated load can not be more than 50T.
