This kind of steel motorised transfer trolley is running on steel rails or steel squre bars.It is commonly applied in steel plant, aluminum factory, plastic pipes factory, etc to transfer rounded material, from producing line to store. The power supply of the motorised transfer trolley can be customized, we can recommend client a suitable type according to their working site, It can be storage battery power, cable drum power, Busbar power, conductor rail power, towed cable power etc.
The 30t transfer trolley is cable drum powered, the cable drum is installed at the bottom of the rail cart.
Features of motorised transfer trolley
The motorised transfer trolleyis applied in metal industry factory to transfer large dimension steel plate, steel structure. The transport bogie is remote control, it is convenient to operate.
It is suitable to application with not so long running distance, high using frequency. It has no time limit.
The main parts of steel plant motorised transfer trolley is cart frame, motor, reducer, cable drum, electric appliance, etc.
These kind of motorised transfer trolley is applied to transfer heavy steel or aluminum coils. In order to inviod the steel coils falling down from the transfer cart, we designed a V-frame. It can protect the coils also the security. We can recommend you the direction of the V-frame according to the coils.
