Rgv steel beam transfer trolley is mainly applied for transporting concrete pole, hollow core and other concrete products.the steel beam transfer trolley has the advantages of safety and flexibility, no distance restriction, adjustable speed, smooth start, large starting moment, small impact on reducer, low voltage, long service life and so on. the track laying requirements are not high, and are suitable for occasions with low frequency and long distance transportation.
Operation Guidance
The employees who operate the electric transfer trolley need to be familiar with the structural performance of the equipment and can operate independently only after passing the test. when transporting heavy objects, they shall be placed stably and gently to ensure uniform weight distribution, and the equipment shall not be used beyond the specification or overload. when changing the running direction during use, the reverse start can be carried out only after the movement stops. the operator of rgv transfer trolley shall also inspect the equipment of electric flat car according to relevant inspection requirements. in addition, the lubrication shall be carried out in strict accordance with the lubrication chart of the electric transfer trolley, and it shall be carried out at a fixed time and at a fixed point. the operating staff shall carefully realize the "four skills" (being able to use, check, maintain and eliminate faults) and the "three virtues" (being able to use, manage and repair). after use, the load shall be unloaded, the power supply shall be cut off, and the cleaning shall be carried out according to the system. the operation of each part shall be checked regularly. if the temperature of motor and bearing is too high or there is abnormal sound, it is necessary to stop in time for inspection.
