1. Introduction of the mold transfer cars
The mold transfer cars produced by Xinxiang Hundred Percent Electrical And Mechanical Co., Ltd. fills the blank of this special working condition cart. the heavy duty mold transfer cars is different from the ordinary trackless transfer cars. 1. the standard configuration of ordinary trackless cars is: operation handle, remote control, warning light, dead man stop, handle wire sleeve protection, protect the wear of handle wire, increase the use safety and service life of handle, battery powered. 2. new functions are added to the mold cars: (1) the operation handle and remote control can directly control the acceleration and deceleration of the mold car. (2) for the sake of safety and energy saving, an unmanned operation has been added to the electrical part of the mold cars. after 5 minutes, the mold cars will automatically power off. if the transfer car needs to run again, the start button of the mold car must be restarted (3)as per our customer's requirement, the transfer car adopts diesel powered as the power source. mold transfer cars is generally suitable for use in the workshop after the workshop is built, but the steel rails has not been laid. the use of mold carrier reduces the occupancy of workshop space.
