The battery operate travel cart is an electric driven material transfer cart which is running on the rails. it is designed for workshop material handling from one bay to another in the working site.
as the battery operate travel carts are equipped with steel wheels and transfer on steel rails, and the very low friction between steel and steel, the battery operate travel carts are suited to very heavy loading capacities.

The workers who operate the battery travel cart need to be familiar with the structural performance of the equipment and can operate independently only after passing the test. when transferring heavy objects, they should be placed stably and gently to promise uniform weight distribution, and the equipment shall not be used beyond the specification or overload. when changing the running direction during working, the reverse start can be transfered out only after the movement stops. the operator of battery operate travel cart shall also inspect the equipment of electric travel cart according to relevant inspection requirements.
