The electric transfer trolley is composed of frame, transmission device, driving wheel group, driven wheel group, buffer device, maintenance-free battery, electrical equipment and safety protection device. The battery control the DC motor through electrical control system and operate the carts. The transfer carts can turn on demand and running distance is unlimited. The carts can be used in explosion-proof environment.
The battery transfer cart is really easy to transport, and safely in operation, also has no faults such as rail jamming and derailment. The lubrication points are well sealed, and there is no oil dripping, oil leakage and other faults. The running speed is uniform, there is no sudden increase or decrease, and the running speed is adjustable.The transfer cart can be used in S-shaped track, curved track and high temperature occasions.
