Automatic high load AGV is the key equipment of automated logistics transportation system and flexible production system, and plays an important role in automated logistics warehouse.
A fully functional AGV system usually consists of three parts: walking mechanism, sensing system and control system. Walking mechanism is the basis of AGV movement, which determines the movement space and freedom of AGV. The sensor system determines its navigation mode, and the mainstream uses laser sensors, ultrasonic sensors, photoelectric sensors, magnetic sensors and so on.
The main components of AGV include: guiding detector, steering wheel, driving wheel, motor, steering mechanism, battery, frame, brake, controller.
AGV transfer cart battery and charging device: the battery is maintenance-free battery or lithium battery, the charger is portable, occupies a small area.
Driving device: The driving device of AGV is composed of wheel, reducer, brake, driving motor and speed controller, which is the device to control the normal operation of AGV. The operation instruction is issued by computer or manual controller, and the operation speed, direction and brake adjustment are controlled by computer respectively. For safety, the brake device can be mechanically actuated in case of power failure.
AGV transfer cart controller: accepts the instructions of the control center and executes the corresponding instructions, and feeds back its own status (such as position and speed, etc.) to the control center in time.
Communication device: realize the information exchange between AGV and ground control station and ground monitoring equipment.
AGV safety protection device: The safety system includes the protection of AGV itself, the protection of people or other equipment, etc.
Information transmission and processing device: the main function is to monitor the AGV, monitor the ground state of the AGV, and transmit information with the ground control station in real time.
