The road-rail tractor is a transfer cart capable of operating both on rail and road. Its road-based design features a crawler-type structure. Compared to traditional wheeled vehicles, crawler tracks offer greater ground adhesion and stability, enabling stable operation on complex surfaces and ensuring efficient operation even on unpaved roads and in harsh working conditions.
The vehicle utilizes a reinforced steel frame, providing excellent load-bearing capacity and impact resistance. In rail mode, a dedicated rail-wheel assembly precisely mates with the track, enabling fast and smooth rail transport. In ground mode, it relies on tracks for transfers and operations, making it suitable for applications with limited access, such as construction sites, tunnel maintenance, and mining areas.
