AGV material handling vehicle, also known as automatic guided vehicle, is an unmanned vehicle based on navigation technology, specially used for material handling and transportation.
First of all, the AGV material handling vehicle is an automated logistics equipment that can independently complete tasks such as material handling, transportation and stacking. It uses laser, ultrasonic and other navigation technologies to realize autonomous navigation of vehicles and drive accurately and quickly in factories, warehouses and other environments. AGV material handling vehicles have functions such as intelligent obstacle avoidance, path selection, and vehicle scheduling. They can adapt to complex and changeable working environments and work collaboratively with other equipment.
Secondly, the working principle of AGV material handling vehicles mainly includes three key links: navigation, perception and control. Navigation is the core technology for AGV material handling vehicles to achieve autonomous operation. It obtains surrounding environment information through sensors such as lidar and cameras, and builds maps for path planning. Perception refers to the vehicle's ability to perceive the surrounding environment, obtain the vehicle's location and status in real time through sensors, and make appropriate decisions based on the situation.
