The low-voltage rail transfer cart is an electric flat car that relies on a low-voltage power supply system (usually 36V or 48V safety voltage) laid in the track for continuous power supply. The wheels are insulated. Power is taken through the sliding contact device between the track and the car body. The wheels are insulated, which not only ensures continuous operation capability, but also provides continuous power supply and reduces maintenance costs.
The cart has a compact structure, strong carrying capacity, and stable operation. It is especially suitable for frequent round-trip transportation in medium and short distances.
