Lifting platform is a special kind of machine equipment, which usually consists of workbench, lifting mechanism, hydraulic drive device, electrical control device, metal structure, safety device and other components.
The electrical control device consists of two parts: an electrical cabinet and a manipulator. The electrical cabinet is responsible for controlling the electrical signals of the oil pump and actuator, and the manipulator is responsible for executing instructions and controlling the up and down movement of the entire equipment.
Generally speaking, the electrical control system of the lifting platform is divided into two types: manual control and automatic control. Manual control methods usually use buttons, switches and other buttons to realize the lifting and lowering operations of the lifting platform. The automatic control method realizes more precise operation of the lifting platform through the control of encoders such as PLC.
